Buyer Beware: Clueless customer service from a company that should know better! The latest digital issue (the first of my renewed subscription) will not show up in the app. I have emailed with customer service countless times over many weeks about this issue and the digital issue will still not download into the app. I have diligently followed the instructions they have given me; deleted and reinstalled the app and successfully signed in and it recognizes my account, but the issue will still not download. For my last subscription period I got the digital issues just fine but the paper issues did not arrive until they manually mailed them all to me in brown paper covers. So if it’s not thing it’s another with GH+. I have received my first paper issue of this renewed subscription so that’s encouraging. Also, I have received a couple of products to review so that part is fun. However, their customer service agents, responsible for handling the digital issues and account problems are clueless. It takes at least 6 emails to get anything done because they don’t carefully read the email string showing what I’ve previously told them so they don’t address the problem the first time. They did email me a digital copy of the latest issue, which is fine, but I can’t access it on my iPad in the GH+ app which provides the optimal reading experience . t’s very frustrating and disappointing from what should be a reliable company like Good Housekeeping.

I always enjoy reading Good Housekeeping magazine.

No offers of products to try. Purchasing membership was a waste of money.

I haven’t received my first issue yet.

Never received my first delivery for July-August edition, and to resend it will take up to five weeks.
