Incorrect Order
My most recent on line purchase was a brisket for a friend who was house bound. I ordered and purchased same only to find out later my friend received an order of ribs. Called customer service and was credited the price difference between the two. It does not set well that I paid for something that I did not order or want.

We enjoy the pecan and
We enjoy the pecan and the bourbon chocolate. Unfortunately, the shipment carriers are often unkind. Find a way to get the pie to be more "unmovable" in the package. Keep truckin', y'all!!

As much as I love Goode pecan pie, this was a very poor customer service experience. I hate to give you one star, but you earned it.

Everyone I dealt with were absolutely fantastic, they answered questions so quickly, and when I phoned them, I spoke to the same person each time who new all about my order. Brilliant service

Not enough pie to go around
I am a big fan of Goode Company pie, however, the online ordering did not work so well for me. I sent two pies to an Easter gathering in Georgia and only one was sent. Not sure why? Good for the waistline I suppose!

Although we are avid consumers of Goode Co. meals in general, we had never ordered a whole dinner for a holiday meal. This year, cooking Easter dinner was not possible; yet the family must be gathered. We ordered the smoked turkey dinner and an extra ham, along with several extra sides. We had more than enough food for our group of nine, with leftovers enough to provide a couple of dinners more for the hosts. It was all delicious. Even the sworn “prefer beef” diners loved the ham and turkey. It was a relief and a treat for us to not worry about all the food prepping this year. Thank you! It was worth every penny.
