Need to learn "who's on first"
At the beginning the lady that look my online order on the phone was fantastic and so helpful. I wanted to pick up my items instead of shipping b/c I needed them asap as I was catching a plane the next day. Then went to pick up my order the next day, those workers had no idea what I was talking about and told me to go to a different location to pickup my order. Once at the second location, those workers thought I was crazy and had no idea what I was talking about (mind you, I already paid for the items via the phone lady the day before). Those workers at the second location told me to go back to the first location for pickup. Long story "short", finally got my order but I will never order again for pickup.

Had to adjust my original
Had to adjust my original shipping date after booking my desired date online. Order must have been sitting in the heat for quite some time since pralines arrived melted and stuck to the wrappers.
