Shipping was free. I did order about $100 worth of plants. They all arrived the next day although I do live in close proximity to the shop. All my plants were an excellent condition except for one which they promptly refunded me for.

Shipping was fast, CSR was very responsive.

I have plants for my big aquarium (85G) twice now. The plants have all arrived safely & healthy. Love the instructions and piece of mind knowing that they will back up the quality and health of what they sell. Thank you Glass aqua!

I got exactly what I ordered

Extremely fast turn around from order to shipping, and the plants looked great!

Great service

Initially the plants I received were in poor condition, but customer service reached out and received healthy plants instead. Thank you

Great so far

love all the plants ive gotten

All tissue cultures arrived very fast and they were all alive!

I received my plants in excellent condition. I went for the tissue cultured plants to avoid algae and most importantly pest snails. I have now had the plants from not one order but two order of tissue cultured plants for about two weeks now and there is not a snail in sight just as promised.

Plant quality is amazing!

Very good store.
