I bought 13 pots of different tissue culture plants and they arrived within 4-5 days of ordering. All plants looked great except one pot. I am very pleased with my order and the product I received!!

Great selection of plants and hardscape

When people have a bad experience they share it with everyone. However, we sometimes don’t take the time to call out the excellent companies that do things right and earn our trust. GlassAqua is now one of those companies for me. I placed a plant order with them and the plants all came in looking very healthy. One plant was a bit small, and looked a little freshly cut. One other plant, a Ludwig is super red, looked a little tired and brown. But not so bad I would ask for a refund, and I figured it would rebound over time. All the other NUMEROUS plants looked perfect and sizes were really generous. Most of my large order thrived but I had a two plants melt back to the point where they are unlikely to recover. But this happens with sensitive plants that arrive healthy sometimes. I those two plants were plants that I have never worked with before and I was aware they were higher demanding plants. Overall the order was well labeled and professionally packed and I would have still ordered from them again. Anyways, GlassAqua refunded me for the plants I lost. I told them they didn’t need to, but they still gave me a refund. I would have ordered from them again, and even had already recommended them on Reddit based on my experience. But their response was so above and beyond my expectations for customer service and standing behind their products I am blown away. They have earned my loyalty and support and will be the place I get my plants from moving forward!

After my purchase of many different hardscape pieces, with a kind of obscure description of what I was looking for, I was at first skeptical that I would receive something worthwhile. But to my surprise the item I received were nothing short of amazing! Absolutely stunning beautiful wood that's going to be perfect for my aquascape. The only thing I wish they would do and every Aqua scape website, is to show some scale. Beside each piece of wood in the photos maybe put a pencil or something just to show scale. I just thought these might be a lot smaller but I'm glad that they're bigger than I thought

Super fast delivery

Shipping was good,don't understand why the delivery driver put my packages at the end of my house by the garage door when I have a spacious front stoop?

Tank is so clear and the seal is crisp. The lid did chip on the corner somehow and the glass on the side splintered off on the side. The lids aren’t as sturdy as the tank I think but still great!

Great place to get plants

My plant tissue cultures came in quickly and look extremely healthy! I’m excited to plant them!!

I researched reef tank offerings extensively before pulling the trigger on the R90. Zero disappointments with the whole setup! Aesthetically perfect. The doors are easily pulled from their magnetic fasteners. Cord management system is a nice touch as is the small drawer. Delivery was fast and well protected on its shipping pallet.

The order was easy and the website was user friendly. The customer service was excellent and great products.
