The product I like. I do Turkey tail and Lions Mane to help with clarity and we feel it works. The company website and subscriptions are not so great. I get skipped deliveries I’m charged for or a billing issue so never sent when there isn’t one. It’s a bit frustrating to constantly have to”email FreshShroom” on my to-do list monthly

In my review, I forgot to mention that i had my credit card replaced but FreshCap was able to go around the new card and charge two new shipments. So my credit card had to be blocked which didn't allow me to use it. Vincent said that credit for the last two shipments had been credited back to my account. However, the card is still blocked.
