Easy and good communication

Shipping was painfully slow, but I'm expecting better in the future. As far as the Lion's Mane mushroom powder, I add it to my coffee every morning. Doesn't alter taste, and gives a noticeable cognitive boost to my 66 year old brain!

I like this product a lot. It is made with mushroom extract from fruiting bodies (so important!) not just cheap powdered fungi grown entirely on grains which is useless. There’s only 50 mg of caffeine. You get your energy from the mushrooms. The choice of mushrooms balances well between smooth energy and calm focus. The 12:1 extract ratio means you’re getting a potent cup of medicinal mushrooms. And it’s all organic! I like the taste but I do sometimes add some decaf homebrew to get more coffee flavor. Great product!
