I’ve been taking the Ultimate Combo mushrooms several months now after seeing how much their Shroomies helped our elderly pup. These mushrooms have completely gotten rid of a chronic cough ( related to my asthma) I had for the last couple of years! Was not expecting that, but thrilled! No more constant cough drops to get through events. Who knew?

We've been taking this regularly for some time and I have to say there has not been a sniffle in my household since we started taking it, and we're talking years. We try (although it is challenging sometimes) to eat healthy, so it's hard to say exactly what caused our remarkable non-sniffleness. Essentially, the Ultimate Mushroom Complex is fabulous, but so is the company, FreshCap Mushrooms. Did I mention that we are in our 70s, so keeping the gremlins at bay is of major importance?
