The product is great, but the customer service is nonexistent. The phone number listed doesn’t work. No one responds to emails, or even DMs (because 2025). My order went to the wrong address and I couldn’t change it or reach anyone to assist. Stop sending product emails and get someone to respond to customer concerns.

They lie about issuing refunds as well as lying about sending your products

Very very unprofessional company they literally lie to about sending you what you have purchased I wonder if the owner knows he’s loosing major customers behind this wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

I was looking forward to this experience but this has been by far the most unprofessional company at sending out products on time and staying in communication to let you know what’s going on I never received my product and they continue to send me emails promising my products will be sent right away and my products were never shipped still haven’t been shipped as of now this has been going on for almost 2 weeks they didn’t even have to products in stock and nerve relaid that information to me not only that there customer service number you can’t get anyone on the phone never only by emails and they constantly lie to you on those it gives me the feeling like the company isn’t all together I had a pre engagement and I had plan on using this product for my hair that I never received

I really wish I could review this product in real time but a significant amount of Time has gone by and I still haven’t received product yet. It sucks because I bought this as a gift for my husband.
