I’m hard case as buyer / former salesman. I recognise when I’m dealing with someone with good costumer service - and Kevin from FGB is great example of that. Build bike to my spec within budget that I have, trade back parts that’s I did it want it and get me exactly what I was looking for. Buying that bike was with really good vibes - and I FEEL GOOD doing deal with this shop. Thanks again and see you on trails

Bought a new La Pierre
Bought a new La Pierre bicycle, straight forward, no hassle, the lads changed over what needed to be transferred from old bike to new. Called in to the shop in the morning & had my new bike home with me that evening, couldn't ask for a better service from George & his team, always there to help.

I was reminded by Feel
I was reminded by Feel Good Bicycles to book my new bike in for its first tune up about 5 weeks after I bought it. They checked over my bike and fixed a minor issue with the disc brakes as well as checking the tyre pressure and torque on the Allen points. I was really impressed with their attention to detail and advice. If you live anywhere near Virginia and need a bike then this place is the best!
