I DO NOT like the fact you refuse to have phone conversations with us older seniors. I am sure you are missing a great volume of business because of it. We did not grow up with a smart phone on our ear not a computer in our crib.

I loved this DNA test.
I loved this DNA test. I did another one for my other dogs years ago and it did not come back with anything that I had expected. But this one came back with just about everything I expected for them.

The process was easy and quick, with Embark sending updates to let me know where they were on the testing process while I anxiously awaited Oscar's results. I even thought there was a shipping issue (turns out my mail just got forwarded, nothing to do with Embark), but they were super quick and helpful with their replies. I learned so much about Oscar, his health, and his doggie relatives
