I had a Core representative help me select a foundation for my hot tub over the phone. Unfortunately for me it was the wrong item for a Hot Tub, it had to be returned on my dime. for this I give only 1 * star for effort. However Customer service deserves 4 **** stars the 2nd time around, they were helpful and quick to offer discounts on my return and quick to resolve the issue and ship out the heavy duty package for my hot tub foundation. Selection is everything.
