My order never came. I ordered the DNA kit on 9/11/25 and it still hasn't arrived, but the shop app says it has. Very disappointed, I waited over a month and it still hasn't come.

The signs came fairly quickly, were well packed and showed no damage. I have no complaints about the service or the quality of the merchandise.

It is a wonderful service, but I wish they had a rush option. I wouldn’t mind to spend 3 times the price for it, because there are times we cannot wait 4-6 weeks for results.
