I've worn leather belts for as long as I can remember so I had my reservations about getting a Nexbelt, naturally. I can honestly say that this is the best belt that I have ever purchased and I highly doubt that I'll ever go back to a leather belt. I appreciate the ability to custom fit the length with the convenient markings on the back and also the durability of this belt. The instructions are easy to follow and having a ratchet system, with 1/4" adjustments, makes the fit that much more custom. With leather belts you're at the mercy of having 1" adjustments that either make it too loose or too tight or you're punching holes in your brand new belt. Also, leather has a tendency to stretch so you are once again making another adjustment that will not be perfect or you're punching a hole through your belt. There was one minor issue and that was after I pulled the belt out of the packaging. I understand that to ship the belt it has to be in a small package so the belt was tightly rolled up. This made it so that I had to work out the roll to straighten it out, not a big deal but I can see people complaining about this and reducing their rating. Either way, this is a well built belt and I am very pleased. Thank you, Mike.
