Shipping was prompt, package in tact with NO problem! Packaging on palette tooo bulky but THANKS for the mirror!! After working with the shadow for a bit it was nice...gotta work on cosmetic elegance for the formula because it was grainy and crumbly initially. Not encouraging for mature hooded lids...colors GORGEOUS...not done checking wear time.💙💜

I have bought many single eyeshadows from various indie brands and this is by far my favorite of them all! They have so many unique colors and shifts to choose from. The formula is very versatile and can go from very sheer and twinkling to very smooth and pigmented depending on how you like to build it up. Either way, they look like a beautiful sparkling dream. I also love the cute rose gold pans. The shipping was excellent. I received my package in about 8 days. Packages from indie brands in my own country have taken over 6 weeks. Everything was packed with care and I even got a sticker, candies, a coupon code, and a handwritten note! Such a touching detail. Makes me feel like they appreciate me as a customer. Communication was top notch as well. I asked a question and I received a reply the next day. This is definitely my new favorite indie brand. I am so glad I finally tried them, you should too. The shipping for my order took a long long time, but I knew that it would when I ordered, and was able to more or less keep up to date with where my package was thanks to tracked shipping. (Otherwise I may have been concerned that it had disappeared). In the end it arrived on my doorstep a few weeks before the estimated date, so was a lovely surprise! I took one star of just because it was such a long wait, which may have possibly been avoided, but as I said, I was informed it would be before I bought the eyeshadow palette so I don't blame the company and will likely buy from them again in the future. Four well deserved stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
