Great product. Easy to use and it charges phone as well. Makes taking photos so much easier without.

Camera case continually slips out of my hand, already broke two screen covers- the back “fur” like part is nylon or something which offers no grip and slippery. The sides also offer no grip. The materials and make up have bee in poorly thought through - as to hope safe in the hand it would keep the phone. As a last resort, I going to try Dragon Grip - hopefully it can save the phone.

Had a problem with a discontinued item from ShiftCam and I appreciated the customer service received to correct the issue, even though it took a little more conversation back and forth at first.

I enjoy the user experience with the case when using the Ultra Lenes.

Amazing tool to store pics and videos on the go. Especially, while on vacation.

Fantastic piece of equipment.

The whole set up with the mount and the lenes is awkward and takes time to switch out lenes, then reposition the mount. It is faster to just use the camera that comes with newer smart phones. The customer service dealing with this company is frustrating and makes you want to just give up. After speaking with them through their chat and being told everything I wanted to hear to my questions, it still didn't work with my phone. I was very specific about an item I wanted and was told it would be handled personally by the agent, the wrong item was sent again. The return process is store credit (for items that I cant use?) and and I had to pay all costs with the return. I had to keep going to their website to use their info request page to communicate with them. IT HAS BEEN A WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME. . . STAY AWAY!!

I never received my order as it got stuck in customs and Shiftcam was not very understanding, contrary to what they stated in all of their "support" emails. For reference, I reached out to Edelkrone for an issue and they got back to me same day and resolved my issue that day, no questions asked. I ordered in February and it's now April and still nothing. Requested a refund, nope, they'd rather just send another knowing the issues we're having with TSA and customs right now. I can't speak to the product because I never got it, but I can say that I am not very happy with the customer service. The products look like good quality.
