Works great when it works. If you don’t have the iPhone placed perfectly, it won’t charge. Couldn’t get the Bluetooth to connect several times. Unable to use my phone case as the grip wasn’t strong enough to hold the phone in place.

My order is six weeks old and I still haven't received it ! I'm in France, and while the shipment arrived in Germany, which was close to its destination, my order continued on to Australia where it hasn't moved for three weeks. . . Swiftcam is the only one authorized to act as the sender, but they don't care ! My advice: shop elsewhere. . .

Great to use when with grandkids. Nice to be able to steady with one hand. Works well as a desk stand also. Having extra power when needed is a bonus!

Support needs work and updates to fix issues

As for the product and how it’s manufactured and the design, I give it 5 stars. As for the usefulness and finding ways to incorporate the lens, it’s a 4. Anything I try to shoot with the other 4 lens stacked up just puts everything blurry. I haven’t been able to find the right distance to make the other lens work well. Still a work in progress but not sure if it was worth the full investment of buying to whole set. It is also a learning curve of how to use your iPhone native or third party camera properly to get the shot you’re looking for. BTW - I’m using an iPhone 16 Pro Max with a shift cam case to hold the lens in place.

Awesome love all my shiftcam gear for my IPhone 17pro

I used it to record my athletes in training and competition. The way it handles has help improve my capabilities for capturing and assessing their performances.

Great for content creation! I needed something to give me a more "professional" look for events, while providing additional battery life. This fit the bill perfectly! The trigger on the front is a nice addition, too. Feel comfortable in hand - absolutely love this! The battery died on it 3/4 way through a wedding - but still testing it's longevity. I was able to roll with a full battery on my phone after it died and finished out the event!

Product: This is my 2nd ShiftCam Pro Grip. Nothing wrong with the previous one. I just gave it to my wife. Quality of this latest version is just as solid as the previous model. With the addition of the end-hooks to support the bottom of my iPhone 17 Pro Max, it’s more secure than the old one (preventing the phone from rarely sliding downwards). The Pro Grip has been my current choice of photography for traveling, despite my old Canon gear with heavy lenses. I’ve been getting great comments on it from my fellow travellers. Customer support: Swift responses! Handled every question and concern that I had with the shipment of my purchase. It is one of the best customer services that I’ve dealt with in the last 5 years, no doubt!

I received the box, but it was empty. Customer service has not been helpful regarding this incident.
