It’s a great pouch, keeps your whole kit together and safe!

The shipment was delayed due to logistical issues, but the ShiftCam team stayed in touch throughout the process and was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns. I really appreciated their communication and support.

This is the best accessory for your smartphone that’s available. It performs all day and really turns your phone into a camera.

I absolutely love the backpack! It fits my needs as a photographer really well, although I have to admit that it turned out to be a little smaller than I expected. Even so, I managed to fit all my work essentials inside: the ProGrip, my iPhone, my 11-inch iPad, a Canon SELPHY printer, the printing tray, photo paper, ink cartridges, my lenses, and a few other accessories. Everything fits quite snugly, but I really appreciate the design and padding. The backpack is comfortable to carry, and the cushioning and weight distribution help prevent back pain, even when I'm carrying all my equipment. That's something I truly value as a photographer, especially when I'm working on location. If there's one thing I would point out as an area for improvement, it's the magnetic phone mount that appears in the backpack's promotional materials. It wasn't included in my package, and I'm not sure whether it's sold separately. I've searched everywhere but haven't been able to find it. I would have really appreciated having it included with the backpack or, at the very least, having information on where to purchase it. By the way, **thank you so much for the gift!** The air blower for cleaning camera lenses was one of your brand's accessories that I'd been wanting for a long time and genuinely needed. It was a wonderful surprise! I also want to highlight how incredibly fast the shipping was. Everything arrived in perfect condition and right on time. I absolutely love your products, and I'm excited to see what you come up with next. Lastly, I hope you've had a chance to read my feedback about the ProGrip. I believe it has a lot of potential, but I also think it's becoming somewhat outdated compared to what competitors are offering. For example, Telesin's Master Grid Neo has some interesting features that demonstrate how much the market has evolved. I'd love to see a new version of the ProGrip that incorporates similar innovations and offers even more possibilities for photographers ...

you did great!

Great product

Apart from the very odd $2.45 shipping cost added by shipper at the border. Never had that before, strange🤗

No instructions included with lenses. Used S slot all I saw was the rings on back of the lenses. I could see no difference from the lenses in the phone. Just received the lenses yesterday . I left on a road trip before they came in the mail. My daughter sent them to me. I’ll try again to see if I can make it work. What is the T slot for???

Pretty good speedy delivery. But I’ve never had to pay a delivery fee for anything before or since. Not sure what that was all about. Wasn’t much but if u knew I would probably have been more careful to put them all in one order

Great product and great customer service!

good

Der Versand hat sehr lange gedauert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist schlecht.

Quick delivery. But this is the first time I’ve had to pay a delivery fee at the border. Wasn’t much and the shipping was premium

Very solid and easy to care for. Also easy to add to the phone. Can’t wait to try out the lenses

Well made bit of kit.

It was shity

Great product ideal for family holiday, as provides great photo utilisation of phone and accessories with added benefit of wireless charge for phone for those 12 hour Disney Magic kinda days

The case Stable And after using the lens adapter, the lens also works. good - easy to use, well processed (except some fibers), Stable And after using the lens adapter, the lens also works. Only the conversion of the collar is solved suboptimally - if it is used, the charging cable is difficult to plug in.

Veery goou

Pretty good product! There isn't a lot of aftermarket support for Pixel phones, so this universal mount was one of the few options available for both my 8 pro and 11 pro. Solid and secure mounting, easy and consistent wireless charging and a great build quality. My only complaints are an occasional delay in shutter action and the design of the clamp interferes with the volume buttons.
