lack of support in Taiwan

I love this bag which is why I’m buying a second one. But the new order now does not come with the SlingSnap MagSafe Mount. It used to be included. And it is also not sold as a standalone item. The WRKFLW bag has specific areas to snap the SlingSnap and now it’s not included and not even sold separately. Disappointing.

The case fits perfectly, but I missed the integrated stand of my previous case (Torras). So I added a Popsockets Low-Pro to it and this combo is it: integrated stand, add lenses and filters, and attach the hand strap optionally. Perfect!

Your customer services is TERRIBLE. Weeks to get here after you charged which would have been fine if any of the reps I emailed with actually responded instead of copying and pasting (so I knew you were real people) or you had given a working tracking link.
