I never received my order as it got stuck in customs and Shiftcam was not very understanding, contrary to what they stated in all of their "support" emails. For reference, I reached out to Edelkrone for an issue and they got back to me same day and resolved my issue that day, no questions asked. I ordered in February and it's now April and still nothing. Requested a refund, nope, they'd rather just send another knowing the issues we're having with TSA and customs right now. I can't speak to the product because I never got it, but I can say that I am not very happy with the customer service. The products look like good quality.

I do not recommend this product because the magnetic ring, no matter how good it is, is not a reliable connection between the phone and the product. With a sharp shake, the phone may fall, and it is much more expensive than this grip.

AMAZING. My only issue is I wish it would click into place and not rotate freely once mounted. The reason for that is that when mounted on a car for example, the vibrations of the vehicle will affect the alignment of the lens. Otherwise it’s perfect!
