Pretty good product! There isn't a lot of aftermarket support for Pixel phones, so this universal mount was one of the few options available for both my 8 pro and 11 pro. Solid and secure mounting, easy and consistent wireless charging and a great build quality. My only complaints are an occasional delay in shutter action and the design of the clamp interferes with the volume buttons.

The lens works well. I’m a bit disappointed that it does not work well after a 4X magnification.

Awesome lens. brings out a lot of creativity. Enjoy taking photos with very much. The wide angle allows me to capture the images in a different perspective

Performance is disappointing. The lens barely made a difference for the pictures I wanted to make.

Service with shiftcam is pretty good. Occasionally shipping? Not all the time, as in the majority of cases, the goods come from China, and need to clear customs etc.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE products do NOT work -20% restocking fee removed from refund which takes weeks to get approval for! I emailed 20 times to get approved. Then receive a portal link which does not function…i believe it is in an effort to get customers to just give up

HORRIFIC! The lens does NOT work with iPhone no matter what app used. Even a professional photographer using every tip from their site could not reproduce the advertised zoom the SC lens blocked the camera. Refund process is intended to force you to give up. I emailed customer service 20x to receive a partial refund on some items not all.

I am very satisfied with the ShiftCam overall. However, there is one thing I wish could be improved. Since these lenses are used with a smartphone, I often take photos, record videos, and move around frequently while traveling. Each time, I have to remove and put the lens cap back on. Unfortunately, the lens cap comes off more easily than I expected. During my trip, I lost it several times and had to search for it. If possible, I would appreciate an upgraded design—perhaps a small retaining band or strap that can be attached without damaging the lens, or simply a more secure lens cap that stays firmly in place. It would also be great if this upgraded lens cap could be offered as a separate accessory so that existing customers can purchase it as well.

Very thoughtful of you, and I make good use of it. The little balloon is especially ideal for getting into small corners. I was still using one that was over 30 years old and belonged to my father, so yours came at just the right time.

Shipping was slow and it was unclear where the item was. Now that i got it and am not satisfied, there is a restock fee and i get to pay shipping. Total waste.
