I had troubles with FedEx getting the package to us but not with your company as at all. I called customer service and spoke with a Dee Dee and she was just a wonderful human being she went above and beyond any customer service person I have ever worked with. She did everything right stayed in contact with me even no one does that anymore. This lady was just amazing I am so grateful I got her on the phone. She needs a raise for acknowledgement for outstanding customer service and for caring for people. I can't say enough good things about her. Thank you so much.

Rope is really good, but shipping needs improvement. Not sure if I'm missing a section of Rope because box was crushed and opened when delivered.

very light compared to other older saddles like the weavers, (no slander or anything weaver is very great) the color scheme is very nice as well, hopefully notch can make an all black version, would definitely buy from this very website again
