Love Sherpani! Been a customer for years. It's my go-to travel brand and I have several bags, all of which have never needed replaced. Everything is cute and so functional, I'm a big organizer and everything has so many pockets. Always love the color choices. I've lived all over the country and most people don't know about this brand, but I tell them all about it! I grew up in Boulder County and love that I can support and recommend a quality hometown brand!

Excellent!! When my package was lost in the mail, Sherpani offered to send a replacement - totally the post office’s fault. They put my package in s box in yhe wrong town/zip. Some honest person gave the package back and it was re-routed. Amazing customer service!!!
