I am grateful that the bag was wrapped in separate shipping material as the box was rather damaged upon arrival. The interior wrapping protected the bag quite well.

Like the styles not the quality. It seems counterproductive to make products from recycle plastic bottles then have to discard the bag that goes into the landfill when the product falls anpart after a few uses. The warranty is good but it’s frustrating to have to go through the replacement process.

All of my purchases with Sherpani have been issue free! And the products have all been top-notch. I get tons of compliments on my suitcases! I do wish there was a medium sized suitcase and a backpack for a 17" laptop that I could add to my collection, maybe in the future. I'm in love with all of my current Sherpani bags and suitcases, and I look forward to adding to my collection in the future.
