Hi my name is Krystal. My daughter Shye is now 20. When shye was about 4 or 5 she came with me to Whyte Ave while there I found the shell shock and needed a gift for someone. I hadn't planned to take her in with me but she was welcomed with open arms and the staff was so incredibly nice It was just such a wonderful experience I'll never forget and she still remembers. I had gotten the gift I was looking for and while I was shopping the staff there was so good to her they even gave her a squishy toy turtle that smelled so good lol she absolutely cherished it. I was in a bad relationship for a while and she no longer has that turtle and my heart is broken. I am desperate to find another for her no matter which store I have to go to. I'm hoping with all my heart you have one or know someone who has one or somewhere I can get one? Hello, I would just like to send my appreciation for two of your staff members. Not only did I recieve great service at time of purchase but these two people went out of their way twice to make sure my husband had what he needed. The first time we went to white mud store to get an ash catcher, but it was almost closing time and my husband forgot his wallet. So what does Collin do? He says, don't worry since you live on whyte I'll meet you at the whyte Ave store so you don't have to come back tomorrow. Then today, I called and spoke with Amy (sorry if i spelled it wrong) and said we won't make it to the white mud store in time and was wondering if she was passing by the whyte ave store.
