Hair came quickly. I usually prefer to go into the store to pick out bundles that match my natural black hair color. This order came in the exact color I needed.

I receive the tracking information shortly after placing my order and my closure arrived very timely. The closure was very thick free of smells and high-quality. The closure dyed very well from Brown to blonde with minimal processing time.

I usually pick up my hair from the store (always a great experience in person) but this time i had it shipped to me and the time between my order and receive date was only a few days, as expected. I received my shipment in tip top shape and i just LOVE LOVE the packaging, the She's Happy Satin bag is gorgeous

The hair doesn't hold up compared to it's cost.

The quality hair was terrible. I’m not sure if it’s because it was a wig or because it was ordered online. I used to be able to go into the location in Detroit and pick out my bundles and make sure I was getting good hair. This hair seems synthetic.
