Our initial manual fujimarca was a great success when we started our business but obviously we needed to elevate our business by purchasing a version 1 electric Fujimarca. Unfortunately upon arrival from the shipping company (FedEx), the exterior box was damaged and after inspection, it caused damage to the interior box and the actual machine. I contacted the company right away and let them know of the damages, and immediately they sent another one out the same day because of when I needed it. When I received the secondary machine, everything was in great condition, everything worked well and would like to thank the company for everything that it’s done to be able to make our business thrive.
