During shipping their was 2bottles of concentrate that had caps that broke and leaked however i messaged letting them know and they were so quick to respond and replace the items at no extra cost. This online review form is a little confusing, so I may be submitting the wrong review here. That said - the Fujimarca MC-709SE v3 is awesome. I called before buying it and received great help. I purchased lots of other items (accessories, concentrates, etc.) as well and everything shipped quickly…the next day if I recall correctly. Everything was packaged well and all of the products have been high quality. We’re very happy with the purchases and have thoroughly enjoyed making great shave ice at home and for friends and family. This shave ice machine is built very well…the type of product that I imagine we’ll still be using decades from now. And I plan to continue buying concentrates and other accessories from ShaveIceSupplies as well. Very happy with the experience and the products!
