I cannot say enough about the amazingly wonderful Customer Service! But first, I want to say that the package was packed carefully and beautifully so that nothing could be damaged. I was pleasantly surprised that a small gift from Shamans Market was also included! I ordered the large abalone shell--it is so beautiful, it took my breath away. It almost feels too lovely to use! USPS delivered my package to the wrong house so I immediately let Shamans Market know that I had not received the package. The asked me to wait 48 hours and if I still had not received the package, to let them know, which I did. They immediately got a replacement order ready to send. As it turned out, whoever had received my package in the first place slipped it onto my front porch a little over 90 hours after it had been accidentally delivered to them. Upon seeing it precariously perched on my porch railing, I immediately notified Shamans Market so they were able to cancel the replacement order before sending it. I am very pleased with the way my ordered was handled, from the moment it was received by Shamans Market until I finally held it in my hands! And the items in the order were perfect!

I’m really loving the sprays. Not heavy as some other brands can be. Alternative to burning herbs or saging. Great prices for 4oz’s of heavenly goodness. Can’t go wrong here.

This was my first time ordering from Shamans Market. The shipping was quick. The products were well wrapped with care and it was a delight to open everything! I was so excited about my choices which look to be high quality: mala beads, dreamcatcher, pyrite and frankincense resin incense. I'll definitely order from the again! Two items were gifts and the recipient was very appreciative! One other thing - I did need to email them to help me with a small mistake I'd made in my first order. I was surprised and pleased how quickly they replied to me and to help me resolve the issue.
