Thank you for the great experience from start to finish. Helped me finish my order when I some how didnt select every option. Still not sure how they where missed. Was helpful when the factory needed to change the order as the first four head selections where too big for the doll. All my concerns where taken care of at the factory. I have ordered a few dolls before from a different vendor. I didnt feel pressured to buy and CS seemed interested in my concerns and wanted to make sure every thing was correct. As for the doll itself. There are a few flaws but I think that's more fault of the process then anything else. Like I think the doll is about 1" to 1" 1/2 inch to leggy and could use some more torso. Even with that I still would had ordered a Sino doll. The breasts of this doll really feel like a real woman, nice and soft, squishy and giggly like a real woman.
