These guys went above and beyond. I had purchased an In Stock doll, but later that night got an email. The doll was no longer available so I was given two options. A. Choose a different in stock doll, or B. They had another doll from the same brand with the same body, so they would send me that one, and then later on send me a factory produced head for the doll I ordered. I chose option B. It took pretty much 2 days to receive the body (shipping form Cali to Cali), and then a little bit over a week later I received the head! It was very nice of them, because in the end I had 1 body, and 2 heads to go with it. The best part is the whole process was very fast and the team communicated with me throughout the whole process. Overall very lucky for me, and very generous of the team! Thank you!

I had left a 1 star review because my doll was lost in transit, but the SRSD team responded and shipped a replacement doll quickly. It took almost 3 months to get her, but it turns out that FedEx was to blame. David and the whole team are legit. I'd revise the 1 star if I could.

This was my first doll purchase, was very hesitant. But once I ordered customer service was always responsive and kept me in the loop on progress. Custom doll expected 4 -6 weeks took a little longer as I ordered the new RSO head. The manufacturer was having trouble with the RSO, evidently I went off reservation and picked a head outside the range. Anyway very helpful, got exactly what I expected. I would say I trust them with WM doll purchases.
