Really helpful staff, quickly diagnosed an issue with my old machine so I could decide whether to try to repair it or not, and at my request, recommended a model of machine should I decide to replace it. I went ahead and bought the recommended mode in the end, and it was free next day delivery so I could finish off my project with minimal delay! I am really happy with the new machine too, so thanks very much to the team for such excellent service - I would certainly recommend them!

Bought this machine a few weeks ago, and I'm delighted with it. The delivery is super quick and customer service is excellent. I hadn't threaded the machine properly, so the stitches where loose. They talked me through threading it properly over the phone and that was it, I was up and running. This is the second machine I have bought from SMD and would certainly recommend.

Took me a while to feel confident enough to try the overlocker but so glad I have. Now I can finish seams properly. Quick delivery and packaged well. All in all a great experience will purchase from this company again.
