Great products. I have been on a recent health journey taking charge of my blood sugars. I wear a continuous glucose monitor and have been keto for months and have completely reversed pre diabetes. I am now introducing some carbs back into my diet, testing what works and what doesn’t and have found these cereals are working well for me. I balance them with yogurt, grass fed whey protein and use them as an addition to- rather than a meal in itself. Not all of them are keto friendly but some are and my body is reacting well to them. I was so happy I am actually trying all of the cereals to see what works for me. Surprisingly, I can eat more than I thought! Thanks Seven Sundays for creating healthy options! A note about shipping. I live in Hawaii, my order did take awhile to get here but everything was fresh and in good condition. Unlike one item I ordered from elsewhere and the product seemed stale. I prefer to order from Seven Sundays directly now.

My favorite cereal with only healthy, natural ingredients! The cacao cereal is delicious, not too sweet.
