Seven Sundays cereal is a daily staple for me. About 8 months aga my A1C went into the pre diebetic range. Well, with a combination of a protein shake and Seven Sundays cereal, and walking 2-3 miles per day I was able to lose 24 lbs and get my A1C level back to normal. Fantastic cereal!

Thoughts are the same as the last review! Wish this was optional, as we have subscriptions and there is nothing new to say each time.

Easy to find what I was looking for (and something I wasn’t as well, which was a pleasant surprise. The checkout process was straight forward. Option to purchase a $2 postage-paid recycling bag for used packaging was unexpected and nice. Delivery was free and timely.
