Considering the amount of customization that we did on our order, and the worldwide pandemic, our order shipped rather quickly. When it arrived, we unpacked, tested, and implemented the new server. Everything was smooth sailing. Thank you Server Monkey!

I goofed on one of the servers and only added one processor. I ordered a second processor to install. Unfortunately, either by my mistake or not, a couple of pins were bent on the secondary CPU socket. This was not at first very apparent as it is really difficult to see. With this issue, not all the RAM was being recognized. Support worked very hard with me to figure out the issue. Once we figured it out, they replaced and tested out the system with just a motherboard swap. Sure, I had to pay for the motherboard, but that was peanuts compared to the pain of replacing the whole thing. So rest assured, buying from Server Monkey, is a good choice.

Great service and products servers are all up to date with updates. Shipping is direct tracked and reasonably priced. My only issue is I regularly run into the minimum purchase limit of $500.00. Keep it up guys will definitely be making more purchases

Unfortunately the shipping was high because I only got 1 drive and it was slow.

I ordered 64GB of RAM for a PowerEdge R710 and received it a few days later. The RAM was installed and is fully operational. The reason I did not put 5 stars is because the RAM received asa clock frequency of 1067MHz and I was expected it to be 1333MHz as this it the best performance for the R710.

Someone donated an old Hp DL380 G7 server with only 4gb ram and was very difficult to find ram - even on Amazon. Fortunately a quick google search and some Reddit reviews spoke highly of server monkey. Server monkey made it easy to search for the specific memory compatible for my HP machine, and it was cheap! Ordered and shipped in a week or so. And memory worked flawlessly. Did a complete memtest86 for 4 hours and no problems!
