I always reach out to Survey Monkey for requests that are typically urgent and requiring quick response. Our sales manager Randy Wheeler always pulls through and gets the parts and equipment needed to service our customers.
They had everything we requested with excellent and fast service.
We needed to order a server for our staging area and had the good fortune to have Randy Wheeler as our Sales Rep. With corporate challenges thrown into the process (from our side), someone less skilled in customer service might have been so less easy to work with. Randy never missed a beat. Easy going, accommodating, and very professional. I wish he could teach a CSR course, or at least, bottle it and sell it so others could learn or remember what Customer Service is supposed to be. The experience and customer service I have received from server monkey, specifically from Randy Wheeler its just out of this world, I'm an MSP and I have been dealing with all kind of vendors but when it comes of SM, I got to say, they are by far my go to just because the customer experience.
