I always reach out to Survey Monkey for requests that are typically urgent and requiring quick response. Our sales manager Randy Wheeler always pulls through and gets the parts and equipment needed to service our customers.

We needed to order a server for our staging area and had the good fortune to have Randy Wheeler as our Sales Rep. With corporate challenges thrown into the process (from our side), someone less skilled in customer service might have been so less easy to work with. Randy never missed a beat.
