Happy enough with my purchase, ideal for a small household. There is perhaps more info that could be given regarding cooking times, etc. but it's easy to learn as you use it. Also disappointing that there is no Instruction Manual to download as I prefer to keep them on a memroy card; I did use the online message service to ask, and was told that my query would be passed to Customer Service. That was well over a week ago and I've still heard nothing. Is it possible that User Manuals can be added to the information given about the items on the website? I also rang the number given in the 'Contact Us' section of the website and was told it doesn't work.
