The copper river is very good, no bones, skin on one side, individually packaged, easy to thaw. Smells fresh. I prepared the copper river poke with sticky rice last night, having never done that before. It was so good I'll do it again soon. I've ordered copper river from different sellers over the years and this one seems to be the best considering value, taste, packaging, shipping.
