The packaging alone is something to rave about. Never have I ever seen fish packed in parchment paper before being vacuum sealed. Fantastic customer service too boot.

I recently had the Cedar Plank Salmon Grill Kit, and used a propane grill to prepare it. Luckily these gorgeous fish have that cedar plank to rest on while they grill, it really allows a touch of smoke that my grill usually can’t provide. Great fish, fun kit. Would do again for a nice evening meal.
