Very Horrible, their delivery services are a pose. I had to call several times enquiring about my order. It never arrived. I had to travel without the suitcase. I told them to Cancel it I no longer want the baggage bag, to my surprise they just dropped the suitcase out of nowhere, ignoring the fact that I said I want the order to be cancelled. There was never an apology or some sort, they just went with business as usual
