My order took 13 days to arrive, the estimated delivery date exceeded with 5 days I was so disappointed 🥲

I bought a polo bag, when it arrived it looked smaller than the advertised product. I logged a return on 2026-01-06 today is 2026-01-15 still nothing, I haven’t been contacted or anything

What you see is not always what you get. I ordered red high top sneakers that showed it was branded. But when I received it, it was a altitude with nothing on. That was very disappointing, because it was for my teenage boy. But there service was good and they phoned and explained, you have to ask for branding, not that I see where the option is to do so. Just keep that in mind when you oder. The quality of shoe looks good tough.
