I’m quite disappointed with the quality of the dress, particularly the pale black colour I received, which is noticeably different from what was advertised. Given the price point, this is especially disheartening. I’m also concerned that the fabric may fade further after a few washes. I hope this feedback can be taken into account, and I’d appreciate any guidance on how to proceed.

The return of an item took long as the courier wanted the original packaging box, whereas only one of 5 items were returned, and the box was discarded. The delay is still preventing me from choosing an alternative item if exchange.
