New Customer so sizing is always tricky. Ordering easy, delivery time reasonable. Sizing a problem ... want to exchange ... 3 emails and zero response (to date) on how to start the exchange process. First email sent 08Dec2021 as of 14Dec2021 no response. First impressions count but hoping that Seadon responds within the next 24 hours, a week is ample time for a response.

The products of Seadon are generally excellent and shipping time was good. Unfortunately a very negative incident happened for which I rate my experience with Seadon at an overall 2 stars The incident was about two orders I did at the same day. Initially, I wanted to edit my first order and add another item to it but I wasn’t able to. As a result, I had to do a second order and I was charged $9 for shipping even though I made both orders on the same day to the same address (It was even a Sunday). This is something the system should have detected and therefore bundled all items in one package and not have charged a shipping fee. Another company I ordered from that same day twice as well, was able to do it. I even emailed Seadon directly but they told me they are normally able to ship it together and issue a refund on shipping cost if this is detected early, but in this case they were not able to. I literally emailed the same day I ordered to make sure it is detected early, yet I was told that it was too late just a day after submitting my order and email. My question is: When would it not be too late then? This situation left a negative taste in my mouth. However, this does not diminish the great quality of their products.

Arrives on time

First and foremost I appreciate Seadon as a company and the shirts I received looked and felt great. It is noted on the site that they run small so I did size up as directed. 99.9% of the time I wear an XL. I am in shape, but big through the shoulders and chest. The XXL was skin tight on me and unwearable. I completely understand that sizing is inconsistent from company to company and if it was free returns I would not care and would not leave a bad review, but as such I am stuck with return fees for a product that is described inaccurately.

Excellent customer service. Very pleased with the packaging and quality of materials. The size chart was spot on! The only downside: shipping took longer than expected and the tracking number wasn’t updated after it left Hong Kong until the day it was to be delivered (which seadon can’t really control, of course). Overall, very happy with the products and experience though!

A bit pricey but great comfort and you will save on laundry expense in the long run. Last a long time on the body between washes

Slacks were too tight, but return was easy and the personal response I received was outstanding.
