This review is about the sales process: So far - working with Michael Greenberg has been simple and a smooth process. He responds fast and answers all our questions. My husband and I worked with a company prior (they also sold Sunpower panels), they lacked in communication and we had to reschedule installation about 8 times. It was a breath of fresh air to speak with Michael. He provided us with all the information we needed, verbally and through email. I’m hoping the installation process goes just as smoothly.

2 1/2 years ago we decided to have Sunpower by Sea Bright Solar design and install solar panels on our home In Point Pleasant NJ. We could not be happier with our decision. From our Sales Person John DeCapua to everyone involved with the process everything flowed smoothly. After 2 1/2 years our solar production has delivered everthing promissed and more. We were very happy with our panel installation. Our salesperson, Mike Symmes, explained the costs, benefits, and the installation process thoroughly. And then...... everything went exactly as planned. The crew came on the scheduled start date and finished ahead of schedule. They passed all of the inspections and the system has been giving us back money ever since. I would highly recommend SunPower/Sea Bright to anyone. Excellent value for the money Much cheaper than Sun Run and they let me have the Energy Credit. I had a couple of small issues with installation. They came out quickly and repaired. Also brought me a refund check and a bottle of their wine from a local winery Couldn't say enough good things about service, quality and attention to details and a willingness to always make the customer happy!

5 stars across the board! With a growing household, EV and a swimming pool our energy needs increased. This is our 2nd solar system with Chris Palmer. His team at SunPower by Sea Bright Solar in Redlands delivered excellent service. Their office staff handled everything from start to finish. We are defiantly pleased with our investment. We're planning on adding a battery system this summer, we'll keep you posted!

I contacted sunpower and they sent dirk who showed up early, clean cut and he even asked if he should take off his shoes or wear shoe booties, which we really liked. He gasve us several options, we liked the lease option since we added 2 batteries, and they are also covered under a 25 year warranty. The lease payment dirk presented cut out monthly electricity payment in half. We had several other companies come out but the number dirk presented combined with over all value and warranties, we just had to move forward and signed the paper work next day. Our project was completed within 90 days a promised. The system is up and running and we are very happy with the production of our panels. Thanks again sunpower by sea bright we will contact you again for our second home.

I had a great experience with SunPower; very helpful and informative on how solar panels work. Awesome communication, especially when I had questions that came up through the process. The panels were the best decision for our household & electrical bill! I highly recommend SunPower!

My Sun Power solar system (Installed May 2012) stopped working. Sea Bright Solar (SBS) responded in a timely manner. SBS sent Tim who showed up early! at 9AM and quickly diagnosed the problem. Tim immediately reported the issue to Sea Bright HQ. SBS then sent Nick, an electrician, who arrived about an hour later! Nick fixed the problem and the system functions normally. DIAGNOSIS & TREATMENT ALL ON THE SAME DAY!! Both Tim and Nick were very personable and highly professional. It was immediately clearly to me that they both knew the Solar business. SBS is lucky to have two such superior employees who represent SBS so well. For my part, I'll be recommending SBS to any and all who either need a new system (my son wants one) or repair of an existing system (eg Belle Mead Co-op).

If you are looking for a sales person who takes time to answer all your questions and makes the process effortless. I highly recommend Dirk Schumann. He is very helpful and it doesn't give you sales person vibes at all.

I'm very happy with the service and installation Seabright Solar provided. My Sales Rep. Dirk showed up on time, clean cut and was very professional, I received an excellent quote and pulled the trigger right there and then. Installation was done in a very timely manner (as promised by Dirk), the office staff kept me updated, was always friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. My Sunpower system is up and running now for almost one year and the performance is outstanding.

Help is one phone call away, every question is thoroughly answered, great help. I thought buying solar was not for me but turned out the company was very good nice to work with. Very simple process and every step of the installation was as explained I was very pleased with the assistance and the service Plans were efficient and the manner of the build was as expected. If you choose to use the same solar-powered company this is the company to use I give them my a okay. Still to the day the will answer any questions that will come up.

Ricardo took the time to drive to our home to explain the quote and process of solar panel installation. He also made it easy for us to apply for the NEM pricing in March. We recently had our solar panels installed and received PTO. Hoping everything else goes smoothly!

It has been a year since Sea Bright installed our Sunpower solar panels. I considered twelve different vendors before I chose Sea Bright. Sunpower panels have many advantages over others, but the main reason I chose Sea Bright was that they were willing to work with me to ensure that the panels would not interfere with my ham radio. President Brian Kelly agreed that the components I was requesting to add would not be a risk to performance or reliability. This was a big deal since other companies wouldn't even spend the time to find out. Then salesman Dirk Schuhmann met me at the warehouse to verify the dimensions of the wires and mechanical clearances of the panels to accommodate the extra components which I was to supply. During installation, it was discovered that part of the underlayment of our 30-year-old tile roof would need to be replaced and Sea Bright recommended a contractor who could do the job quicker and cheaper than my other vendor could do. This helped the installation to be completed before the end of the year, so I could claim the tax credit that year. Sea Bright has been responsive when I have contacted them after installation (always about the Sunpower App) and I have no complaints. They don't forget you after you have made your last payment. So, that's why FIVE STARS!

Great experience with SunPower by Sea Bright Solar. The provided a competitive quote for a state of the art solar system, and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. SunPower followed up to make sure I was satisfied with their service and all the information provided to me so I could make an informed decision. My sales representative was helpful in the process and provided his input/opinion without being pushy (which was great).

Note: This review would have been 5 Stars had it not been for industry-wide resource contention. My project coincided with unprecedented industry expansion. Providers were moving from Net Metering 2 to Net Metering 3 at the onset of my project. This caused a rush for customers to install by April of 2023. Very thorough requirements analysis and design. Designer was accessible and willing to engage on follow-up questions. Project management team made significant changes which greatly improved the implementation process. Solar installation team did an excellent job with development, as did the electrical and battery engineers. All post-implementation support issues have been resolved. Off-shore level-1 support team appears challenged with resolving certain issues but immediately forwards those issues to appropriate subject matter experts.

We needed to add some appliances and our microwave to our solar battery backup system. Victor and Joe also tested our breakers to verify that everything was configured correctly, and even updated the firmware on our system! Thanks guys, great job!
