Overall happy with system. Administrative process was made easy by SunPower. Install took about 4 months with wait on permits being biggest part. Actual installation was relatively quick. Panel installation was quick and efficient. Wiring by electrician took longer and was more aggravating (late, messy, caused some extra repair work for myself that I felt they should have been taken care of), complained a bit but seems to have mostly fell on deaf ears, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Ultimately installation was completed and system is working good, already noticing producing much more electricity even on cloudy days than I use. Would do again.

Micheal Trapani did a great job as a vendor he explained everything amazingly and did as he said he would. He made this process quick and easy and I’m happy to be working with Sun Power soon.

My sales rep Michael is very knowledgeable about the product. He talked to me about what going solar entails, what the company would do, and what my responsibilities would be. He has continued to be available to me to answer any questions I may have.

Had some difficulties since process is complicated, but they are better than others. Owner of the company reached out directly to discuss the problems that I was facing.

May 2024 — We had an occasion twice recently to use Sea Bright Solar. Even though they were not our original installation company which had since gone out of business, I can highly recommend their skilled work. We needed a repair on a few of our panels and Sea Bright came to the rescue. They were very reasonable, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. I can highly recommend them.

I love my Sea Bright Solar, but all of a sudden I couldn’t read my solar data on my phone. I called Sea Bright and soon got a call back from Harley.
