I paid extra to have them delivered in three days ant took 10. I left two messages and you didn’t have the courtesy to return it. The order previously to this one you sent the wrong cap and paid 65. 00 to get that to me.

The quality was good and the engraving on the dog tags were clean and no misspelling.

Since my last purchase from this store, I was a bit dissatisfied with the overall experience. I had difficulty tracking the progress of the order, which in my opinion took longer than expected. I practically did not receive any updates about the order. In addition, the shipping took time, and USPS significantly delayed the delivery.
