Great service

Wrote several emails to scottsdale mint after my son placed an order. I requested them to cancel it, they refused to even contact me and when they did it was a week later with a BS message that they are busy and will get back. They never canceled the order and sent the silver and charged my account. This is the most un- professional company i have ever delt with. Would never deal with them ever again period.

Great looking coin. Love the very low mintage. Packaging was great, however shipping was extended. Love Germania and the certified lock packaging.

Always great service. The hope is that it never changes as so many companies do over time. Ebay sells silver coins and medallions as well, but their service does not exist - which is the difference at Scottsdale. Timely service, professional staff and amazing, made-to-order inventory.

The time it takes to receive product is ridiculous. Less than a year ago it was 2 weeks. Now it’s 2 months.
