Fast shipping. Customer service response time is fast as well. However, their size recommendation was wrong after I provided my measurements. So either they don't know the product's dimensions and guessed. Or don't know proper menswear fit. Either way I would've gotten an ill fitting garment and would've wasted time with a return/exchange.
