You really must know what type of ride you are looking for. When in the Netherlands, we rented Gazelle 3speed bicycles and the comfort was amazing. Well made bicycle. Scooteretti had the e-bike I was looking for. Very pleased with my purchase. Just over 600km in less than 2 months.

Excellent service. !!! I bought two Gazelle bikes from previous dealers. The last one was with Scooteretti, it was the best experience. The bike was shipped to Burlington. It was almost completely assembled. Scooteretti team helped me with e-mails and videos to complete the assembly and to put the bike on the road. The bike is almost two months old, with 520 km. Scooteretti offers good bikes and excellent service to customers. Well done !!!

it has taken time, experience and grief to have a secure and efficient combination lock system for the E-bike now that the alarm module has been installed. Scooteretti helped a lot to make it happen.

We bought our ebikes here ( a cube annd an moustache) and thought the staff and the bikes were perfect. However the cube bike’s battery failed after the equivalent of only 7 full charges, and as it was after the warranty had expired, Bosch refused to replace it. Scooteretti staff agreed that the battery should not have failed, and suggested that they might be able to help with the cost of a new battery ( over $1000), but in the end, they declined to give any discount at all. The bike and the battery are expensive purchases -we certainly expected to be able to use the battery for more than 1000km. Very disappointed that the store did not help at all.
