I am disappointed because I never received the order and the money was not returned.

Ordered on 24th September with a 48-hour delivery, but my order didn’t arrive until 7th October. When I contacted customer service, they told me the item was still in the warehouse and hadn’t even been dispatched. Clearly, they just forgot about my order after taking the payment. By the time it finally arrived, I had already travelled and bought another suitcase elsewhere. I have no use for this one now — they’ll need to come and collect their suitcase from my house. Really disappointed with the service. I won’t be ordering from them again.
