Disappointed how long my products took to be delivered to the UK. But quality is so good, and glad my danish family introduced me to your brand. One question was i not suppose to get 10% off as this was my 1st order. Did I miss something

Jeg har efterhånden skiftet hele min løbegarderobe til Saysky. Det har god kvalitet og pasform, og så er jeg vild med design og detaljer (reflekser, strukturer der skifter mønster når det bliver vådt m. m. ) herudover har tøjet strålende tekniske egenskaber ift. performance

Great product, extremely poor return service
Extremely poor, I returned 2 items (seperate orders). The first one was RECEIVED by SAYSKY on October 6. I’m still waiting for my refund. The other one I am also still waiting.

Ordered multiple times now. It's always perfect and even when the site didn't work customer service replied and solved it in 24 hours just on 1 e-mail. Amazing! And great apparel of course!

Have been ordering from Saysky at least a dozen times, always enjoy the quality of their gear. Looks good, fits great, lasts a while, performs perfectly. Customer service is friendly and helpful too.

Amazing next-level quality products, but UK returns process needs review.
First off, the quality is undeniable. Each garment is extremely well crafted, desirable, and very comfortable out on the run. I did find the sizing to be inconsistent though however, with this being the primary reason for returning part of my order. I ordered the same style long-sleeve tee in 2 different colours. One fits perfectly, the other was wildly off-size and was probably 2 sizes below what the label stated. I found the returns process to be overly frustrating in all honesty. Firstly, the £13 charge to return from the UK is a tough pill to swallow by any standards. Then, the platform used to initiate returns is missing key information and doesn't convey where to return your package to. It just says 'next, attach the label and return your item' – not clear at all to which drop off locations are eligible, or even who the courier is. Returns solely through FedEx alone is restrictive, as drop-off locations are limited. Lockers or collection not an option, which I would expect it to be at the £13 price point. So, a mixed first experience with Saysky to be honest. Love the products, but sizing inconsistencies combined with high return charges and harder-than-it-needs-to-be returns process have left a sour taste in my mouth and has made me cautious about ordering again.
