The purchase process was seamless. Delivery guy dropped off the wrong size box spring (full). He did not return with the correct box spring until hours later. Created some what of an inconvenience but fine.

Went to the store and tested a couple mattresses, the gentleman there took all my concerns into consideration and was not slow about the process. It was quick and he was kind and everything went very smoothly. If I ever need a mattress in the future I will be sure to come back
