The customer service was great. The mattress however seemed so much harder than the one at the store. I've had to buy two mattress toppers to make it bearable.

Maria at SAVEON truly was a "friend at midnight!" Because the bed where the baby and mom slept had bed bugs. The beautiful Euro Top Queen arrived SAME DAY as promised. Even a little early. Maria called twice to confirm and again to verify we got it. GREAT LADY.
