I ordered my boyfriend the saunabox in mid November. We received it after Christmas and the steamer lid was cracked or almost looked melted. My boyfriend was so excited to try it as he has had a horrible cold. Since then I have emailed multiple times and no one responds to me ever! No # to call either. We don’t want a refund we just want a functioning saunabox!!

Received my sauna on 11/28. Had it setup within an hour--easy peasy just like they said. I used the sauna 4-5X per week for about 45 mins per. It takes at least 20+ mins to get hot enough inside the tent. On 12/19, after less than a month the heater broke. After corresponding with support (no phone for a reason) they informed me the heater units run on a 15 amp fuse and can blow out unexpectedly. They started my warranty claim the next day and promised to have it sent out soon. However, today is 1/3 and still nothing has been shipped. I understand that Xmas and New Years fell within my claim time but there was plenty of regular business days to get a replacement out the door. In fact, last correspondence with support they promised to have a unit out by end of the week -12/29. Nope, after another follow up email they said "please give us another 24-48 hrs to respond to your inquiry". I get it, things break but to continuously string me along is not good customer service. I wish I never purchased from here. Take the review how you will, just pray your unit doesn't break and take a month to get a replacement Sincerely, Regretful Customer

I received a box with broken pieces. It has been three weeks and SaunaBox has not sent out a replacement, and now they are ignoring my messages.

I bought the SauanBox 2 weeks ago, I used it 3 times before the steamer broke. I’ve been dealing with customer support for over a week and haven’t received a new one or responsive emails.

I've been looking around for a portable sauna and came across saunabox. Received mine and I'm blown away by the attention to detail. It gets intensely hot, I sweat buckets, and feel amazing after I get out. I've been using it for several weeks and noticed a massive difference in my overall mental and physical health. 10/10 recommend!

Slow replies but when answered was very helpful. Box arrived very damaged but product itself was fine.
